WHo We are

When The Nice Guys® started in early 2016, they had one goal in mind- to entertain. The decision to perform each show wearing nice clothing and playing songs that everyone can enjoy has landed The Nice Guys® hundreds of gigs including weddings, private events, and fraternity formals.

The Nice Guys® won Hilton Head Monthly’s Readers Choice Award for Best Party Band in Hilton Head Island, SC in 2017. They are two time winners of the ISCA Rising Stars Talent Competition, winning in 2016 and 2018. The Nice Guys® are also known as the house band performing every summer under the Harbor Town Liberty Oak Tree at the Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head, SC.

The bands unique ability to play the most beloved songs spanning decades and crossing multiple genres is due to the band’s different musical backgrounds. When the Nice Guys take the stage, the band members’ chemistry, energy, and sense of humor is contagious and guaranteed to make you smile.

Nicholas Myhre

Nick Myhre’s love for making people happy brings a lot of energy to The Nice Guys. Whether it is ripping guitar solos to Prince, rapping Flo-Rida, or singing funk songs, you never know what he is going to do next. As our MC and band leader, Nick knows how to engage a crowd and make it fun for all audiences.

Kevin Myhre

Kevin Myhre’s ability to reach the high notes has allowed The Nice Guys to learn a wide range of material, including 70’s and 80’s acts such as the Bee Gees and Journey as well as newer artists like Bruno Mars and Beyoncé. Ironically, he is all about that BASS, no treble.

Davis Lentz

Growing up studying music theory and playing in jazz bands has taught Davis Lentz how to be creative with music and how to play multiple instruments. As our saxophone and keyboard player, Davis brings a lot to The Nice Guys with his talent and love for performing.

We believe youR Wedding/Event Should Be personalized and 100% Fun.

We needed to find a band for our wedding last September. We’ve seen The Nice Guys® play around town and didn’t think twice about hiring them to play! What a great time we had! Their choice of music fit our personalities and got everyone up and on the dance floor. Would definitely recommend this band!

The Nice Guys® were incredible - the perfect band for the perfect day. Combining contemporary hits with the classics, they provided great energy and an upbeat atmosphere. Importantly they were extremely professional and got the sound levels just right. Everyone loved it. And of course, they look great!

We hired The Nice Guys® to play at our wedding and simply put they rocked the house! The dance floor was packed all night and the energy was incredible. I’ve had multiple people tell me it was the best reception they’ve ever been to! They were fun, professional, prepared, and gave us everything we could have asked for on our wedding day! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any function where you’re looking to dance and have a good time!

This band is absolutely phenomenal to work with. They were professional, respectful, and were quick to respond to any and all questions. Not to mention they are so talented and played music that my group loved and knew every word to. I would highly, highly recommend this group to anyone putting together a party, wedding, or anything in between. Keep up the great work guys!
